Exercise during pregnancy often becomes a question many pregnant women. Does exercise can harm the fetus or the expectant mother? In fact, women who are pregnant are advised not to leave the sports activities. Even pregnant women are encouraged to exercise every day routine. there are some benefits of exercising during pregnancy, reduce back pain, prevent constipation, make sleep more soundly and strengthen bones. Although encouraged to do exercise every day, but there are some risks that must be known. Do not let the sport is meant to nourish the mother and the fetus even affect the health of both. Here are the things to consider when exercising pregnant women.
